Being an educator, a mother of three and a fervent Catholic who has been serving the church in providing formation to children and youth for over 2 decades, Mable has always had a strong passion in contributing to the community through offering opportunities to young individuals in helping and interacting with children and youth of the less privileged.
Mable graduated from the University of Melbourne with a major in English Literature and obtained her qualification in Child Psychology from Open University and bachelor’s in religious science from Pontifical Urbaniana University in Italy.
She worked for the partners of two of the major Investment banks of the United States for almost ten years before founding her own business in children education. Her exposure to the Western culture and her Christian faith and values have inspired and formed a foundation for her in her role as the founder of the charity, Pay Love forward.
Mable is also a trained facilitator of FOCCUS, a pre-marital formation programme, a Licensed Educator of Kindermusik, a children music programme and a PISTA facilitator who is trained to help people with special needs and emotional issues. In the past, she had acted as the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of an NGO, Child Pscyhoecology Foundation which aims at promoting the importance of psychological wellbeing of children.
Mable strongly believes that God has gifted her enormously in so many ways that she has determined to pay it forward to people in need, especially children and youth. who are the now and future of the society.

Among her most meaningful experiences has been collaborating with business partners to create jobs in developing countries—particularly for women. Empowering women to become independent not only transforms their lives but also enables their children to access proper education and brighter futures.
Alongside her career, Teresa has devoted more than 15 years to serving as a youth leader in the Catholic Church, mentoring young people through community service and meaningful activities. She holds the conviction that when each person contributes, together we can make a real difference.
In 2020, recognizing the challenges children faced during the pandemic, Teresa co-founded Pay Love Forward, an initiative that connects students in need with online lessons and fosters family bonding through fun and engaging physical activities.

Carmen serves as a Director of Pay Love Forward Limited (PLF), bringing a wealth of corporate governance, finance, and administrative expertise to the organisation's mission of supporting underprivileged students in their English-learning journeys.
She holds a Professional Diploma in Company Secretaryship and Administration from the City Polytechnic of Hong Kong (now City University of Hong Kong) and a Master of Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). Carmen is also an Associate Chartered Secretary and an Associate Chartered Governance Professional of the Chartered Governance Institute in both the UK and Hong Kong.
Throughout her career, Carmen practised as a company secretarial professional, within a big four accounting firm, two listed companies, and a major international oil company. She served as the Company Secretary for the oil company for a decade, where she also managed operational insurance programs and supported the retirement scheme. She also dedicated eight years in a local environmental non- governmental organisation, playing a pivotal role from its early establishment phase, conversion to a public company, and served as the Head of Finance and Administration prior to her retirement.
Guided by her Catholic faith, Carmen finds joy in regular worship and is committed to supporting young people on their journey towards God, a devotion of love that naturally extends into her work with PLF.

Growing up in a public housing estate in Kowloon, Frank shared a 200-square-foot home with 13 family members. Despite limited financial resources, he was raised in a loving family where he learned the values of sharing, compassion, and resilience.
After graduating from Hong Kong Polytechnic in Banking and completing an MBA, Frank built a successful career spanning more than 30 years in banking, business, and executive management. He also taught banking and marketing as a part-time lecturer and mentored many young professionals.
Passionate about serving others, Frank has been involved in volunteer work since 2000, including serving as a Golf Partner with the HKSAR Special Olympics Team at the World Summer Games in Athens.
In 2022, Frank joined Pay Love Forward as a one-to-one English tutor. Today, he mentors eight secondary school students, helping them grow in confidence and develop a love for learning. He is also supporting innovative initiatives such as Music cum English and Badminton cum English, which engage students through their interests and strengths.

Betty is a veteran in the property development and asset management industry, with a well-established track record in investment properties, in particular retail malls. She has been in the field since 1990 to have served major developers including the Great Eagle Group.
She joined the Provisional Airport Authority in 1995 and is a founding member of Hong Kong SkyMart, innovating on and delivering the “first-ever international shopping mall” at Hong Kong’s state-of-the-art CLK airport.
Betty was invited to join the MTRCL in 2001, immediately after the Company became listed in 2000. She spearheaded and engineered a differentiating retail development model to have effectively transformed the conventional “assembly line’ approach adopted for most retail property developments into a holistic business planning and operational regime to have delivered outstanding financial and business results for the MTRCL. One of her very well-known achievements, the multiple award-winning Elements, was the first to adopt such an approach and has successfully elevated the MTRCL’s investment property portfolio not only in revenue terms, but also in portfolio depth and international profile.
Betty was promoted to Head of Investment Property of the MTRCL in January 2012. During her term of service, she oversaw the business of all investment properties (100% owned and JVs) of the Corporation. She rapidly expanded the MTRCL’s portfolio from five small to medium-sized local neighbourhood malls in 2007 to thirteen major shopping centres in Hong Kong by 2012 with a substantial CAGR in recurrent rental revenue.
Betty set up her own retail business consultancy in 2017 to have served the Empire Group between 2017 and 2018.
Betty holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree (English and Comparative Literature) from the University of Hong Kong. She was conferred a Chevening Scholar by the British Council in 2002. She received executive business management accreditations from London Business School and the University of Cambridge ( Judge Business School) and has remained an alumnus of both. Betty also attended postgraduate business management programmes at the Tsinghua University and Beijing University. She was a member of the Foodwise Steering Committee by the EDP of the Hong Kong SAR Government and had served on the QTSA Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Tourism Board and the Hong Kong University Convocation Steering Committee respectively for years. Betty is a Catholic and has been serving the PLA since 2020.

Baptised Catholic in 2011, she joined PLF in 2020 and became a teacher there, aiming to instil in students a sense of responsibility and a desire to pay forward the love they receive.

After completing his bachelor's degree at the University of Sydney, majoring in psychology, he went on to pursue a Master of Social Science in Counseling at the University of South Australia and a Master of Theological Studies in Biblical Studies at Acadia University in Canada, holding dual master's degrees. He previously served as Director of International Exchange and Development at the School of Professional and Continuing Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong; Senior Lecturer in the Department of Early Childhood Education and Psychology & Counseling at Hong Kong Gratia Christian College; Lecturer and Programme Director of Parenting Education at the School of Early Childhood and General Education, Hong Kong Baptist University; and Secretary-General and Director of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association. He also volunteered in counseling work for many years at Breakthrough Counselling Centre. Jeffrey is currently Academic Quality Assurance Director at a private tertiary institution and an Guest Lecturer at The Education University of Hong Kong. He is frequently invited to schools and organizations to conduct various teacher training and parenting education seminars.
Jeffrey is also a director of the children's theatre group - The Radiant Theatre, and the Hong Kong Chapter Chairman of Design for Change (DFC), the world's largest design thinking initiative. Through the promotion of creative action challenges and design thinking courses, he seeks to uncover the creative potential of Hong Kong's youth and children. He also encourages adults, through talks, teacher and parent training, and workshops, to help train young people and children to become little designers, fostering creativity, empathy, and character development.
