Building on the enthusiasm from our initial culinary class, our 2025 Summer Little Chef Workshop by Miss Caroline expanded to three specialized sessions, tailoring the fun to different age groups so every child could get hands-on experience in Caritas Common Home.
From boys mastering egg salad submarines to girls crafting creative sushi rolls, the energy was high. We noticed many children proudly carried their finished dishes home to share a meal with their loved ones. We are delighted to see our practical workshops bring so much joy and connection to our students' homes.
Since 2020, we've connected volunteer teachers with children across Hong Kong, offering free English lessons and activities that make learning fun and build genuine confidence.
